Collection and consent of personal information (talent pool)

Filer Co., Ltd. collects and uses personal information of job applicants as follows and requests consent to the processing of personal information.

• Personal information processing entity: Filer Co., Ltd.

• Purpose of processing: Registering talent pool for continuous recruitment

• Processing items: name, email, phone number, resume, career history, education history, date of birth, military service history, portfolio, foreign language test scores, qualifications/awards, external activities, documents proving national veterans (only items agreed to will be processed.)

• Retention and use period: 5 years from the date of support

The above consent is optional for hiring filers. You may refuse, and hiring filers is possible even if you do not consent.
