Collection and consent of personal information

Filer Co., Ltd. collects and uses personal information of job applicants as follows and requests consent to the processing of personal information.

  • Personal information processing entity: Filer Co., Ltd.

  • Purpose of processing: Identification of applicants, identity verification, smooth processing of recruitment and inquiries, confirmation of application details

  • Processing items: desired position, name, email, phone number, resume, work history, education, date of birth, military service, portfolio, career platform (LinkedIn/work-related blog/GitHub, etc.)

  • Retention and use period: 3 years from the date of support

※ However, in case of multiple applicants, personal information will be stored for 3 years from the most recent application date and then destroyed.

※ If an applicant wishes to delete submitted documents such as a resume, we will assist with the deletion without delay. For deletion requests, please contact recruit@pyler.tech.

※ If you need guidance on job postings for similar occupations or positions, the recruiter may contact you to obtain your consent to proceed.

※ We give top priority to reviewing the applicant's capabilities, and do not request information prohibited by the Recruitment Procedure Act, such as the applicant's resident registration number, family relationships, marital status, photo, physical condition, or region of origin, during the recruitment process.

[Information on Return of Recruitment Documents]

(1) This guidance is in accordance with Article 11 of the Act on Fair Recruitment Procedures (Recruitment Procedure Act). Applicants other than the final successful candidates may have their submitted recruitment documents returned. However, if the job seeker submits the documents through the filer’s recruitment website or e-mail, or if the job seeker voluntarily submits the documents in writing, the filer is exempt from the obligation to return the recruitment documents in accordance with the proviso of Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Recruitment Procedure Act.

(2) If you submit a request for return of application documents by email ( recruit@pyler.tech ) within 180 days from the date of confirmation of employment, we will return the documents by mail (receiver pays) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the request for return. However, if the documents are submitted through the recruitment website or email of Toss Community, if the documents are voluntarily submitted by the job seeker, or if the documents are lost due to force majeure, they will not be returned.

※ When writing an email, please write the subject line as [Request for return of recruitment documents/(applicant's name)].

※ For the refund request form, please use the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Fair Recruitment Procedures [Appendix 3] provided by the National Law Information Center.

(3) The filer will keep the submitted documents for up to three years from the date of confirmation of employment and thereafter destroy them in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

(4) The submitted portfolio will only be used for verification purposes for recruitment and will not be used for any other purposes.

The above consent is required for hiring a filer. You may refuse, but if you do not consent, there may be restrictions on hiring a filer.
